Scope and acceptance
These terms cover the public site, client portal, consulting work, research artifacts, practical AI systems, supplier routing, supplier profiles, and paid services when they are active.
Using the public site, client portal, admin-approved account tools, or paid Bluewizarding services means using them under the terms shown at the time of use or purchase.
Service description
Bluewizarding provides practical AI systems, guided intake, consulting, research, simulations, design judgment, supplier routing, and decision-support artifacts such as battle cards, market maps, SWOT reads, competitive landscapes, and executive summaries.
Some services may be delivered digitally through the portal. Others may be delivered as consulting or custom work under a written scope.
Accounts and access
Account features may require registration through email, OAuth, or another approved sign-in method. Users are responsible for keeping account access private and for giving accurate account information.
Bluewizarding may suspend or limit access if an account appears compromised, abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms.
Credits, payment, and pricing
Some Bluewizarding services may use prepaid credits for digital deliverables. If credits are active, purchase terms shown in the portal control credit cost, balance, refund eligibility, and service availability.
Paid consulting, custom research, product design, supplier routing, or technical work may use a separate written scope, statement of work, invoice, or agreement.
Refund policy
Refund handling depends on the active purchase type. Portal credits should follow the refund policy linked from the site or portal. Consulting, custom work, and routed handoffs follow the written terms accepted for that work.
If a digital generation fails and credits are active, the system should restore consumed credits according to the active portal rules.
Intellectual property
Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, the buyer owns the deliverables generated or produced for that buyer's use. Bluewizarding keeps ownership of its platform, software, design system, templates, prompt patterns, workflows, internal tools, and brand.
Do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or repackage the platform, templates, prompt systems, or supplier data surfaces as a competing service.
Acceptable use
Use the site to describe real customer experience, research, simulation, problem-solving, supplier-selection, product, or consulting needs. Do not send material you do not have permission to share.
Do not use the platform for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, scraping, resale, false or misleading submissions, infrastructure abuse, harassment, rights violations, or attempts to bypass approved use boundaries.
AI and working guidance
Supplier recommendations, question refinements, research notes, premortems, simulations, design opinions, and consulting suggestions are working guidance. They are not a guarantee of supplier performance, pricing, fit, availability, security posture, or contract outcome.
AI-assisted outputs can contain errors, omissions, stale information, or confident wrongness. Review the output before relying on it for business decisions.
Supplier data uses approved public boundaries
Public supplier pages show approved public-safe profile data. Private contacts, commission terms, notes, and collateral stay internal unless explicit rights and disclosure rules allow use.
A routing result is not supplier approval, legal advice, procurement advice, or a representation that a supplier will accept, price, support, or perform a contract.
Routed handoffs may create compensation
Bluewizarding may receive routing, referral, residual, or supplier-introduction compensation when a buyer connects with a supplier. Production pages must state the approved disclosure before paid routing goes live.
Any buyer-supplier relationship is governed by the agreement between that buyer and supplier, not by a public Bluewizarding profile.
Design and copy are part of the work
Bluewizarding may provide UX, copy, art direction, product-shaping, research, or technical recommendations. Those outputs guide decisions; they do not replace operator review, legal review, security review, procurement review, or final acceptance.
The tiny details matter here. So does the boundary around what the work can and cannot promise.
Disclaimers and liability
The public site, portal, supplier profiles, recommendations, and deliverables are provided as available unless a written agreement states a stronger warranty. Bluewizarding does not promise uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, supplier outcomes, or specific business results.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bluewizarding is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, or business-loss damages arising from use of the site, portal, supplier routing, or deliverables.
Termination and changes
A user may close an account by contacting Bluewizarding. Bluewizarding may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, fraud, severe risk, or legal requirements.
These terms may change as Bluewizarding's services change. Material changes should be communicated through the site, portal, or email when appropriate.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Texas law, with courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
For questions, corrections, deletion requests, billing concerns, or supplier-data concerns, use the public contact page.
