What does Bluewizarding actually do?
Two things. General AI consulting: helping businesses find, build, and adopt AI that does real work (assistants, automation, training, honest strategy). And Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations expertise, led by the flagship AI-Accelerated X++ Codebase Audit.
We are not sure AI is even the right answer. Should we still write?
Yes. That question is a large part of the work. Often the right answer is plain software, a process change, or nothing at all. Telling you that early is cheaper for you and better for us.
How is the work priced?
Fixed scope wherever possible. The X++ audit is $9,500 for one week. AI consulting engagements are quoted after a short conversation, scoped to a deliverable you can inspect. We avoid open-ended retainers by default.
Who does the work?
Shawn Lenker, with AI systems doing the machine-scale reading, drafting, and searching. It is a deliberately small practice: the person you talk to is the person whose name is on the deliverable.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Engagements are remote by default, US-based, and scheduled around your team's availability.
What happens to our data?
Client code and data are handled under the engagement agreement, kept out of public tooling, and never used to train anything. The privacy policy covers the website itself.
What is the X++ audit, in one paragraph?
A deterministic scan reads every method in your D365 F&O customization layer. A senior architect judges every finding and returns a decided plan: what to fix, what to leave, and why. One week, fixed price, and every finding cites the exact element and method so you can verify it yourself.
How do we start?
Write to us through the contact page with what is stuck. We reply with an honest read: whether we can help, what it would cost, and the first step we would take.
